Compassionate dual diagnosis support - integrated mental health and addiction care

Integrated Healing

Comprehensive Care for Co-Occurring Disorders

Dual diagnosis means you're struggling with both a mental health condition (like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or PTSD) and a substance use disorder. These conditions fuel each other — but with integrated treatment, recovery is possible.

We provide judgment-free, evidence-based care that addresses both issues together. Treatment may include supportive therapy, relapse prevention skills, medication management for mental health symptoms, and coordination with addiction resources when needed.

What Our Dual Diagnosis Care Includes

  • Comprehensive assessment of mental health symptoms and substance use patterns
  • Integrated treatment plan addressing both conditions simultaneously
  • Supportive therapy to identify triggers, build coping skills, and prevent relapse
  • Medication management for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc. (non-addictive options preferred)
  • Coordination with higher levels of care (detox, residential) when needed

Common Questions About Dual Diagnosis Care

Do I need to be sober before starting treatment?
No. We meet you where you are. However, we may recommend detox or higher levels of care if medically necessary for safety.
Will you prescribe addictive medications like benzodiazepines or stimulants?
Very rarely and with extreme caution. We prioritize non-addictive options for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Your safety is our priority.
Can you help with alcohol or opioid use disorder?
Yes. We can provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) referrals and supportive therapy, though we do not prescribe buprenorphine or methadone directly.
What states do you serve?
We provide telehealth dual diagnosis care to adults in Washington, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Iowa.
