Path to Recovery

Comprehensive Care for Substance Use Disorders

Substance use disorders (alcohol, opioids, stimulants, cannabis, benzodiazepines, and others) are chronic, relapsing conditions that affect the brain. They often co-occur with depression, anxiety, trauma, or bipolar disorder. We provide integrated treatment that addresses both the addiction and any underlying mental health issues.

Our approach includes supportive therapy, relapse prevention planning, coping skill development, and referral to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate. We'll meet you where you are — whether you're actively using, in early recovery, or have been sober for years.

What Our Substance Use & Addiction Care Includes

  • Non-judgmental assessment of substance use patterns and readiness for change
  • Supportive therapy to identify triggers, manage cravings, and build motivation
  • Relapse prevention planning and coping skill development (CBT-based)
  • Referral and coordination with MAT providers (buprenorphine, naltrexone, etc.)
  • Treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions (depression, anxiety, trauma)

FAQ

Common Questions About Substance Use & Addiction Care

Do I need to be sober before starting treatment?
No. We meet you where you are. However, if you're in acute withdrawal, we may recommend detox first for safety. We can help coordinate that.
Do you prescribe Suboxone or methadone?
We do not prescribe MAT medications directly, but we can provide referrals to trusted providers who do, and we'll coordinate care with them.
Will you treat my anxiety/depression if I'm still using?
Yes. We treat mental health conditions regardless of substance use, though addressing use often improves mental health symptoms.
What states do you serve?
We provide telehealth addiction care to adults in Washington, Arizona, Massachusetts, and Iowa.
